The Search Results section contains a table that lists the objects that match the search criteria. It displays different information depending on the selected object type.
Note: Only those jobs that the user has been authorized to view appear in the search results list.
This section contains the following column for all object types:
Specifies whether an item is marked for processing. Selecting the check box next to an item indicates that the item should be processed.
This section contains the following icons in the Actions column:
Opens the Create Job dialog to let you add a job or box job to the selected box job.
Note: This icon is available for box jobs only.
Creates a copy of the selected object and opens it for editing in the Properties section.
Note: This icon is available for all object types.
Queries the server and, if a one-time override has been defined for the job or box job, opens the Properties section so you can view the properties and values set for the next run and delete the override. If no overrides are defined, Quick Edit displays an informational message.
Note: This icon is available for jobs and box jobs only.
Opens the Properties section to let you modify the values of the available fields for a one-time override, effective only for the next job run.
Notes:
This section contains the following buttons and links:
Discards your settings and cancels the search. This appears only while processing searches with large numbers of results to return.
Deletes items marked for processing in the Select column. A confirmation prompt is displayed and the selected items are not deleted until you click OK.
Refreshes the page or view to include changes since the last refresh.
