Views

The Views table contains information about all the views defined in CA WCC to which you have access.

Notes:

By default, all available views are listed.
The columns specified in the Views Table Columns property field in Configuration are displayed by default.
To display the filter criteria fields, click .

This table contains the following columns:

Name: Displays the name of the view. Clicking a view name displays the detailed contents of the view in the Jobs table.
Alert Status: Displays the most severe alert status in the view.
Job Status: Displays the most severe job status in the view.
Server Status: Displays the most severe server status in the view.
Jobs: Displays the number of jobs contained in the view.
Box Jobs: Displays the number of box jobs contained in the view.
Modified by: Displays the name of the user that last modified the view.
Modified Time: Displays the time of the last change to the view definition.
Status Time: Displays the time of the last status change.
Active Filters: Displays the number of active filters contained in the view.
Inactive Filters: Displays the number of inactive filters contained in the view.
Description: Displays an optional comment that describes the view.
Servers: Displays the names of the servers associated with the view.

This section contains the following fields:

Auto Refresh

Indicates whether to refresh the data at a regular interval, as specified in Configuration.

Show

Specifies the number of rows to display per page in a table. Valid values are: 10, 25, 50, 100.

Default: 10

This section contains the following buttons:

Display Filter: Toggles to show or hide the filter section for the table.
Refresh: Refreshes the table to include changes since the last refresh.
: Opens a form from which you can create a view. Alternatively, you can use the View Management Console.
