Graph Toolbar

The Graph toolbar lets you customize the contents of the Graph.

This toolbar contains the following tools:

Select

Lets you select an object for processing. You can select more than one object by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking objects.

Note: You must select this tool before you expand or collapse a box job.

Pan

Lets you temporarily drag the displayed flow to another position in the viewing area. If the zoom level is low, the viewing area refreshes and the flow returns to its previous position when you release the mouse button. If the zoom level is high, the flow will stay at the position at which the mouse button is released.

Zoom Selection

Lets you select the objects to be magnified. The selected objects increase in size when the mouse button is released.

Zoom In

Increases the magnification of the view.

Zoom Out

Decreases the magnification of the view.

Zoom to Actual Size

Adjusts the view so that no magnification is applied.

Show All

Adjusts the view to show all the nodes of the imported jobs.

Auto Arrange

Rearranges all the jobs to fit in the viewing area.

Auto Arrange Selected

Rearranges selected jobs to fit in the viewing area.

Show Tooltips

Toggles to show or hide properties when the mouse pointer hovers over an object.

Create Link

Lets you create a dependency link between two objects.

Delete Selection

Deletes the selected object.

Locate Nodes

Opens the Find dialog so that you can specify the name of an object to locate in the job flow. When the object is found, it is highlighted.

Print the Current Flow

Opens a new browser window so you can print the visible area of the job flow.

Download Flow Image

Lets you save an image of the entire job flow to a .jpeg file.

Show Legend

Opens the Legend window that identifies the icons displayed in the flow.
