Delete an Agent Plug-in

You can delete an agent plug-in that is no longer supported by the local agent.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, Programs, CA, Workload Automation AE, Administrator.

    The Instance - CA Workload Automation AE Administrator window opens.

  2. Click the Services icon on the toolbar.

    The Services - CA Workload Automation AE Administrator window appears.

  3. Right-click the agent and select Stop.

    The agent stops.

  4. Click the Agent icon on the toolbar.

    The Agent - CA Workload Automation AE Administrator window appears.

  5. Select the local agent from which you want to delete an agent plug-in from the Local Agent Name drop-down list.

    The Agent - CA Workload Automation AE Administrator window displays the settings of the selected local agent.

  6. Right-click the agent plug-in to delete in the Plug-in List pane, and click Delete.

    The agent plug-in is deleted from the Plug-in List pane.

  7. Click Apply.
  8. Click the Services icon on the toolbar.

    The Services - CA Workload Automation AE Administrator window appears.

  9. Right-click the agent and select Start.

    The agent starts. The agent plug-in is deleted.
