STAM SMFID smfid DOES NOT MATCH THE CONFIG FILE SMFID smfid

Reason:

At initialization, if the SMFID specified with STAM is not the same as the SMFID specified in the CA VM:Tape CONFIG file, CA VM:Tape fails to initialize.

Action:

Make the appropriate correction to the CONFIG file and restart CA VM:Tape.
