Reason:
CA VM:Tape has initiated communication with the specified automated robotic mounter (ARM) product, but the ARM product has not completed initialization. This can happen if both CA VM:Tape and the ARM product are being initialized at the same time.
Action:
If the message recurs, ask your CA VM:Tape system administrator to determine why the ARM product failed to complete initialization. After the ARM product completes initialization, CA VM:Tape will complete its preparation and open the interface for mount services. If problems with the ARM prevents its initialization, then enter the appropriate CA VM:Tape command to halt the interface to release the pending mount requests.
