Reason:
The indicated device cannot be used by the Shared Tape Allocation Manager (STAM) as defined to CP or in the STAM parameter file. STAM marks the device unusable, but initialization continues.
Action:
Ask the CA VM:Tape system administrator to correct the device specifications indicated by the previous message. The chapter on the STAM facility in the Administration Guide gives more information on the STAM parameter file.
