Reason:
During scratch pool initialization, CA VM:Tape detected an invalid scratch pool definition or assignment. CA VM:Tape initialization fails.
Action:
Ask the CA VM:Tape system administrator to omit one of the duplicate keywords in the indicated scratch pool definition or assignment. See the Administration Guide for information on the scratch pool CA VM:Tape scratch pools. When the problem is corrected, resume scratch pool initialization.
