Reason:
During scratch pool initialization, CA VM:Tape detected an invalid scratch pool assignment. CA VM:Tape initialization fails.
Action:
Ask the CA VM:Tape system administrator to add a DSN or JOB keyword to the indicated scratch pool assignment. See the Administration Guide for information on CA VM:Tape scratch pools. When the problem is corrected, resume scratch pool initialization.
