Reason:
CA VM:Tape encountered an error trying to use the Advanced Program-to-Program Communication (APPC) facility. CA VM:Tape issues this message then waits one minute before retrying the request. CA VM:Tape sends this message to the CA VM:Tape operator and service virtual machine.
