Reason:
After initialization, CA VM:Tape encountered a problem trying to use the Advanced Program-to-Program Communication (APPC) facility. Specifically, another service virtual machine revoked the resource being used by CA VM:Tape. CA VM:Tape sends this message to the CA VM:Tape operator and service virtual machine. CA VM:Tape waits one minute and then retries the request.
