Setting a Read Lock

To set a read lock for the VMTAPE1 system’s VMT1B0 minidisk containing the TMC or Audit file, enter the following:

vmtape sdc read vmt1b0 vmtape1

CA VM:Tape responds as follows:

READING LOCK SET ON VMT1B0 FOR VMTAPE1
