As system administrator, you are responsible for establishing CA VM:Tape operating parameters, which includes defining authorizations for tape librarians, operators, and users. You will also be the technical contact between your site and CA.
Designate the user ID under which you will be performing system administrator work to be the system administrator user ID. You do this by giving that user ID all authorizations, except for RESONLY, in the VMTAPE CONFIG file.
