Users who are included on a LOGONBY rule cannot use the CP LOGONBY command after the journal limit is reached. The issuing user ID will be locked out until the journal information for the LOGONBY user ID is reset using the JOURNAL RESET command.
If a specific LOGONBY rule is not found to govern a LOGONBY attempt, access will be denied.
CA VM:Secure handles the CP LOGON BY command as a LOGONBY request.
