Sorting the List

You can sort the restore selection list as follows:

• To sort the list chronologically by backup date and time, beginning with the most recent backup versions, press PF5 (Sdate).
• To sort the list alphabetically by file name component, press PF6 (Sname).

If files backed up from more than one directory are being displayed, CA VM:Backup performs a secondary search on the directory reference number whether you sort the list chronologically or alphabetically.
