After selecting directories you want to restore files from using Option 3, or if you specified selection criteria through Option 4, CA VM:Backup displays the restore selection list on the file selection screen, see Select Files To Restore Screen. From the file selection screen, you can ask CA VM:Backup to restore one or more BFS files.
