Test the Database Connection

Test the connection from CA User Activity Reporting Module to the target database to ensure that the tool can connect to the target database.

Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the following location:

   /opt/CA/SharedComponents/iTechnology
   

2. Execute the following command from the console:

   sh DBExportService.sh TestDatabaseConnection
