Update Remote Agent with Multiple Servers

If you changed multiple servers of a remote agent, update the remote agent with the hostnames of the new servers.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log on to Administration, Log Collection.
  2. Expand Agent Explorer, expand the agent group of the remote agent, and select the hostname of the remote agent.
  3. Delete the hostname of the old server in the selected list of Log Manager Servers.
  4. Move the hostname of the new server into the selected list of Log Manager Servers.
  5. Save the changes.
