The API Alert action expresses information about alert conditions related to an API. An Application Programming Interface (API) is an interface that defines the ways by which an application program may interact with external libraries and/or operating systems. Any type of error about the API can be mapped to this action. If this is a error condition and does not warrant immediate attention, then map to the API Error action.
