The Agent Operation action expresses information about general operations related to functioning of an Agent. An agent refers to any software or hardware component that is managed by a manager component. When an event that is recorded as part of an Agent normal function or operation cannot be mapped to a more specific CEG action, consider mapping the event to the Agent Operation action.
