The Agent Notification action expresses information about generic notifications from an Agent. An agent refers to any software or hardware component that is managed by a manager component. Any type of notification from the agent can be mapped to this action if the event cannot be mapped by a more specific action. Use the Agent Status action if the event describes the status of an Agent.
