Reload Collectors

When you reload collectors, you instruct the management console to contact collectors and send them the latest configuration data. Reload your collectors after:

• adding, editing, or deleting a Call Watch
• assigning or changing a collector threshold
• editing the SNMP community string that is used to contact Cisco voice gateways
• making any other changes to a Cisco voice gateway that is defined in the system

Follow these steps:

1. Click Administration, Data Collection, Collectors in the navigation bar.

   The Collection Device List opens.

2. Click Reload All.

   The Reload Configuration page opens.

3. Click Continue.
4. When the reload process is complete, click Close.
