Problem: Collection Device is Not Enabled to Send Reports

A collection device does not send reports by default. The Enabled setting instructs the collection device server to send reports to the UC Monitor Web Service.

Verify that the Enabled check box is selected in the Configuration Utility dialog. For more information, see Configure the Report Recipient.
