Reason:
An I/O error occurred accessing the VSAMFILE SDT records associated with the current SECFILE. opcd indicates the type of access macro associated with the error: GET, PUT, ERASE, VERIFY, MRKBFR, or POINT. OPEN and CLOSE errors generate standard MVS messages, and will not generate TSS8859E. For information on RC and RS return codes, see the IBM publication DFSMS Macro Instructions for Data Sets.
