Reason:
An I/O error occurred while accessing the VSAM mirror file that is associated with the current security file. Mirror file processing is now disabled.
Indicates the type of access macro that is associated with the error: GET, PUT, ERASE, VERIFY, MRKBFR, or POINT. OPEN and CLOSE errors generate standard MVS messages and do not generate TSS8860E.

Action:
Analyze the error and, if necessary, allocate and initialize a new mirror file. For example, a physical problem with the disk would require allocating a new file.
