Reason:
The user has tried, but failed, to enter the correct password or password phrase too many times. The number of acceptable unsuccessful attempts is determined by the PTHRESH setting. The number of unsuccessful attempts is the total of incorrect passwords and incorrect password phrases. In any event, the ACID is suspended.
Action:
The Security Administrator must remove the SUSPEND attribute from the ACID.
