Reason:
The user has tried, but failed, to enter the correct password too many times. The number of acceptable unsuccessful attempts is determined by the PTHRESH setting. In any event, the ACID is suspended.
Action:
The Security Administrator must remove the SUSPEND attribute from the ACID.
