Reason:
When the control option MLWRITE(NO) is set, every writedown to the MLS access records requires a permission for IBMFAC(IRR.WRITEDOWN.BYUSER). This message is issued when a user accesses an MLS protected resource and the above IBMFAC resource is not granted to the user.
Action:
You may take one of several actions to eliminate this message:
Provide a permission
TSS PERMIT(acid|profile|ALL) IBMFAC(IRR.WRITEDOWN.BYUSER)
for all users accessing MLS protected resources.
Modify MLACTIVE(NO)
Modify MLWRITE(YES)
