Reason:
While processing a PDSPROT statement, an internal control block or module was unexpectedly missing.
Action:
Verify that CA security system initialization messages were seen when the system was IPL'ed. In particular, check that versions of ICHSEC00 or ICHSEC05 provided by CA exist in the active LPA. Contact CA Technical Support for further assistance.
