Reason:
The data set name, volser, and class combination specified on a PDSPROT(REM...) statement could not be matched against any active PDSPROT entry. The remove function failed.
Action:
Ensure that the PDS data set name and volser have not been reassigned to a different resource class, or removed previously by another user.
