Reason:
Only the specified attributes may be modified for a system defined (static) RDT entry.
Action:
If you truly must alter an attribute (other than in the message) for a static RDT entry, you will have to contact support. To otherwise alter the behavior for a system‑defined resource, consider modifying the installation exit (TSSINSTX) at the RESOURCE entry point; modify the RDT entry so that the EXIT attribute is activated.
