Reason:
A TSS REMOVE(RDT) command was entered but resources had been defined under the RESCLASS to be removed.
Action:
Determine what resources are owned under this RESCLASS by issuing TSS WHOOWNS resclass(*), removing ownership, and reentering the TSS REMOVE(RDT) command.
