Reason:
A TSS RDT command was entered and the RESCLASS parameter was missing, more than 8 characters, or already being used in the RDT record.
When adding a new RESCLASS name, be sure that it does not match the first four characters of any existing resource class name.
Action:
Reenter the TSS command, using a valid resource class.
