Reason:
The Certificate Utility invokes the R_datalib callable service when used with the RINGNAME parameter. The caller of the utility must have access to the IRR.DIGTCERT.LISTRING rule. For more information on the type of access required to use the RINGNAME parameter, see the documentation for the Certificate Utility in the CA Top Secret Report and Tracking Guide.
It is also possible that the Key Ring was not found. RINGNAME is tied to the USER parameter. If the USER parameter is not specified, USER defaults to the user invoking the utility.
Action:
Verify that the caller of the certificate is authorized to use the R_datalib callable service. If the caller is authorized, verify that you supplied the proper RINGNAME. The RINGNAME parameter is case-sensitive. If the internal error message displays, obtain an OMVS trace (FUNC=GET) or run the OM report and contact CA Top Secret support.
