Reason:

The distinguished name of the IDMAP record is incorrect. For z/OS Release 1.13 and higher, CA Top Secret normalizes the distinguished name of an exiting IDMAP record when the record is being updated.

Action:

Change the distinguished name to a valid value and rerun the command.
