Reason:
The public key is not an RSA public key. Only RSA public keys can be added to ICSF.
Action:
Verify the certificate being inserted is an RSA certificate. If it is, contact CA Support at http://supportconnect.ca.com. If the public key is not valid, specify an input certificate with an RSA public key and retry the command.
