Reason:
The CIA real-time stored procedure request to load the program indicated by the message failed. The reasons indicated by values in general register one (r1) and general register fifteen (r15) are the values provided upon return from the LOAD Macro and indicate the reason for the failure.
Action:
Consult the IBM MVS Programming: Authorized Assembler Services Reference to determine the reason for the failure. The most like error is that the module is not available to the CIA real-time stored procedure WLM environment. If you can identify the problem, correct it.
