Reason:
The processing in the module routine identified in the message received an unexpected error from DB2 in response to an SQL request. This may be caused by a problem in the stored procedure definition or by inconsistencies in the data in the CIA repository. The CIA real-time stored procedure processing terminates and the message is returned to the request to be recorded in the CIA real-time component journal.
Action:
Look up the meaning of the SQL code in the DB2 manuals. If you can identify the problem with the DB2 environment or the CIA repository, correct the problem. For assistance, contact CA Support at http://ca.com/support.
