Administrators must have DB2BUFFP(OWN) authority.
The DB2BUFFP keyword is used with the following ACID types: User, Profile, Department, Division, Zone, DCA, VCA, ZCA, LSCA, SCA, MSCA.
TSS PER(acid) DB2BUFFP(buffer pool,buffer pool)

Ownership of the buffer pool BP1 is removed by entering:
TSS REMOVE(OPRDEPT) DB2BUFFP(BP1)
The administrator wants to authorize USRMARK to buffer pool BP1 with USE access so that this user can name BP1 in a CREATE INDEX or CREATE TABLESPACE statement. He enters:
TSS PERMIT(USRMARK) DB2BUFFP(BP1) ACCESS(USE)
To revoke USRMARK's authority to buffer pool BP1, he enters:
TSS REVOKE(USRMARK) DB2BUFFP(BP1)
To give administrator OPRDCA the ability to permit users to access buffer pools within his scope, he enters:
TSS ADMIN(OPRDCA) DB2BUFFP(XAUTH)
To remove OPRDCA's authority for buffer pools, the administrator enters:
TSS DEADMIN(OPRDCA) DB2BUFFP(XAUTH)
To determine who has access to the buffer pool BP1, the administrator enters:
TSS WHOHAS DB2BUFFP(BP1)
