From Any CA SRM Agent
To obtain debug information about the communication between CA SRM and a computer with the CA SRM agent
- On the host computer, go to the folder c:\windows. Open the galil.ini file and add the following lines:
[GNR]
gnxdeb=4
resultfile=c:\temp\vne.log
- Run the test and save the DBWIN content to a file.
- Use the GNX Tester for isolating connectivity problems between CA SRM and host computers.
Important! Leaving debug mode on continuously can cause significant degradation of performance.
