The Service Builder wizard helps you customize the predefined sets of sample services included with CA SRM. These samples, which address common tasks that storage administrators typically face, can help you use CA SRM to perform storage management tasks you need to do, quickly, and correctly.
For example, suppose you want to identify obsolete files. You can create a query to discover the name and location of all files older than a certain number of days.
