The algorithm for using the common CA Spool queues and other information in the SYS1.ESFCHKPT data set is determined by the MINHOLD, MAXHOLD, MINDORM, and MAXDORM initialization parameters. These need not be the same for all systems in the configuration and must be set according to characteristics such as the number of members in the configuration, relative CPU speeds, and response requirements.
