CA Spool DESTID processing has two phases:
Files can be selected according to the value of one or more of these file attributes:
Selection can be based on full or generic attribute values. The four selection attributes are ordered hierarchically. If a file matches certain selection criteria, no further search is performed. If, for example, a DESTID statement with user ID (QUSERID=) matches the current file, no DESTID statements for destination, class, or filename are considered. If multiple DESTID statements within a single selection criteria match current file attributes, fully specified values take precedence over generically specified values.
