Directory Setup Group Box
Namespace of the user store. For LDAP namespaces using the Netscape LDAP SDK, select LDAP.
For information about choosing between the LDAP namespace (Netscape SDK) and AD namespace (Microsoft SDK).
IP address(es) and port number(s) of the LDAP server(s).
If you do not enter a port number, the default port (389) is used.
If you list multiple IP addresses or hostnames, spaces indicate failover and commas indicate load balancing groups. For example, consider the following entry:
domain1 domain2,domain3 domain4
Requests from the Policy Server will be load balanced between domain1 and domain3. If domain1 fails, its requests will be fulfilled by domain2. If domain3 fails, its requests will be fulfilled by domain4.
Note: For secure connections from the Policy Server to an LDAP user store over SSL, you must specify the port number in this field.
Opens the LDAP Setup Dialog where you can specify multiple servers for load balancing and failover. You can use the LDAP Setup Dialog search for an IP address by providing a host name.
