User Directories Tab

The User Directories tab is where you specify the user directories associated with a policy or affiliate domain. When the Policy Server attempts to authenticate users, it compares their credentials to the directories you specify in this tab.

User Directories list

Lists user directories currently associated with the policy or affiliate domain.

Search Order buttons

Move the selected user directory up or down in the User Directories list.

Create Button

Opens the SiteMinder User Directory Dialog, which allows you to configure a new connection between the Policy Server and a user directory.

All Directories drop-down list box

Specifies the user directory connection that will acted upon by the Add button. This list is between the Create and Add buttons.

Add Button

Adds the user directory selected in the All Directories drop-down list box to the policy or affiliate domain.

Remove Button

Removes a user directory from a policy or affiliate domain.
