To implement Web Agent use case two, use the following process:

  1. Ensure you have met the prerequisites.
  2. (Optional) Configure any virtual servers.
  3. Set the Agent Name and Default Agent Name Identities for each Web Agent.
  4. Enable single sign-on.
  5. Configure a cookie provider.
