Upgrade Overwrote AMAssertionGenerator.properties File (121216)

Symptom:

Upgrading the Policy Server Option Pack from r6.x SP5 CR22 to r12.x SP2 overwrote the settings in the AMAssertionGenerator.properties file.

Solution:

This issue is fixed.
