How to Implement Use Case 4
To implement Web Agent use case four, use the following process:
- Ensure you have met the prerequisites.
- (Optional) Configure any virtual servers.
- Set the Agent Name and Default Agent Name Identities for each Web Agent.
- Use the following procedures to ensure proper compatibility between your traditional and framework agents:
- Enable single sign-on.
Note: Set the SecureURLs parameter for all of the agents in your SSO environment to the same value.
- Configure a cookie provider.
- (Optional) Implement SSO Zones.
- Implement any of the following functions:
- Enable the Web Agents.
