Rather than simulating a true load on the daemon as the testclient tool does, swarmconnect simply connects, verifies that the SessionLinker Daemon is not overloaded, and disconnects from the daemon.
The tool is able to accept numerous simultaneous connections from the Apache module. Use this tool only if the Apache module has reports that it was unable to connect to the SessionLinker Daemon, and only to determine a proper number of acceptance threads.
