The testclient Testing tool tests the load of the SessionLinker Daemon, and verifies that the daemon is properly running and responding in a reasonable amount of time.
The testclient tool generates a random sequence of foreign session IDs and transmits them, one at a time, to the SessionLinker Daemon for verification. The number of accepted and rejected sessions are reported as are the number of failures to communicate with the daemon.
Note: Because the foreign session IDs are random, many accepted and rejected sessions could occur when running the testclient tool.
